About E-Commerce Day: Los Angeles
E-Commerce Day will be happening live (in person) and streaming virtually on Friday, August 12, 2022 in Los Angeles at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport Hotel.

Can’t make it to LA this year? We get it! That’s why we will be streaming live on the day of the event so you won’t miss out on all the must have content.

I’m bringing a colleague to the show, but I’m not sure who will be joining me. Can I get a placeholder ticket?
While you can register someone with a placeholder name, each registration needs a unique email address. Don’t worry though, you can always update your information in the app or at the registration area.
Can I transfer my pass to someone else?
We are more than happy to transfer your registration to a coworker. Please note, however, that once your badge has been printed at the event, we cannot transfer it to someone else.
Refunds and Payments
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept the following card payments: Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Discover.
My card payment wasn’t accepted. What should I do?
We have found this is usually due to the billing address not matching the card you are paying with. Could it be a different one? If not please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist.
I can’t make it to the show, can I get a refund?
Please find below our refund policy:
You can cancel your ticket and receive a full refund if you email us your request within 24 hours of booking, and are not within the additional cancellation periods.
If you are wanting to cancel your ticket 30 days before the event you will get a 50% refund.
Tickets canceled within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, however are resellable or transferable up to 7 days prior to the event date.

The show was postponed. What happens to my ticket?
If we have to postpone the event to another date in the year, we will automatically transfer all tickets to the new show dates. If the new dates don’t work for you, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more about your options.
Your Safety at E-Commerce Day
We want you to have a great time at E-Commerce Day and that means keeping you safe and happy!
The health and safety of our attendees is our number one priority, and while we’re confident that we can safely run our event, we’ll be constantly monitoring the situation and adapting to all state required protocols.
Mask wearing will be optional, however, all attendees will be required to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination in order to attend the event. Failure to provide proof of vaccination will result in denial of entry and no refunds will be granted.
I don’t feel comfortable attending in person. Will there be a digital option?
If you cannot attend in person; you’ll be able to live stream E-Commerce Day from the comfort of your own home! Just register for the “Virtual Access ONLY Pass” and we will see you there - virtually.
Are you offering COVID testing onsite?
We will not provide tests at E-Commerce Day. However, there are multiple testing sites throughout the area and you can search for the best location near you here.
What happens if I feel unwell onsite?
Please contact our Organizers at registration immediately. We will provide information for local healthcare providers. If you feel unwell before coming to the event, please don’t come to the event and reach out to us ASAP.
What happens if I test positive during the show and/or up to 14 days after the show?
If you test positive, please contact our Customer Success team to inform them as soon as possible – they will be located at the registration desk onsite. You can also reach them at email@example.com.
Where can I find the agenda?
Our amazing team is working hard to build out the best line-up possible, ensuring all content is the most relevant for all our attendees.

What time does the event open each day?
The expo hall will open at 8am, with the opening keynote starting at 9am. The closing remarks will be at 3:30pm and Happy Hour commences at 4pm.
What time does registration open each day?
Registration opens at 8am and you can collect your badge at our registration desk outside the Expo Hall.
Can I attend any session at the show?
All Access Brands and VIP ticket holders have admission to every session we have to offer.
Tech/Agency/VC Pass holders will have admission to every session available on that track.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes! And recordings will be available on demand for purchase after the event. So you can rewatch all sessions, not missing a thing.
Are the recordings included in my Virtual pass?
No, virtual ticket holders will get access to the E-Commerce Day live stream only. If you would like on demand access, that is available for purchase here.
